Given the way this course is designed you will play an important part, and by the end of the course we will know each other well.

We, the Course Leaders, make the following promise to you as a result of your full participation in this course:

You will leave this course being a leader and exercising leadership effectively as your natural self-expression©*.

There are seven Course Readings, approximately 155 pages total, that will be available to review from 28th March and throughout the course on your enrolled courses section of the course Dashboard (this is currently not open) . 

We encourage you to read however much of the Course Readings before the first course session that works for you. More importantly, we invite you to read and not study the material and to engage with the readings and live with them in your life.  Take on for yourself what is said like an experiment. 

At the same time it is a fact that the earlier you complete the Course Readings and project creation, the more value you will have realized from what you’ve read.

We stated our promise earlier for what you will realize out of your full participation in this course and in the enrolled course section you will be able to read the “Promises, Conditions and Rules of the Game” which we are asking you to fulfill during the course in order for you to realize what we have promised.  s.
